My blog still is making me CRAZY, so I'll keep this short and sweet. This is a page I finally finished in my altered book I am using for Christy Tomlinson's "She Had 3 Hearts" class. I've been busy working on other things and would work on this when I had a minute here and there. The blue background and some of the heart papers, I made using the technique taught on peonyandparakeet.blogspot.com. I'd love to give you a link to that but, alas, the whole crazy blog thing. But check her blog out, it's worth the extra effort of copying and pasting. The papers she makes boggle my mind. Simply amazing!
This looks great Jolene. At least I can leave a comment so that is great. I hope to be able to help you soon.

Hi Jolene. I really love this page. It's funny but I had an image similar to this page in my mind just this morning when I posted my blog post for tomorrow. I pictured myself laying in wings and surrounded by hearts ~ representing God's love for me while I am going through a difficult time. Thanks for sharing this, it is really beautiful.

Love this!
ReplyDeleteI love the painting and the thought. I love how you can portray visually the feeling that the quote conveys. I still remember the poster contest you won as a child with the vivid picture of the earth melting away--I so admire your creativity and your talent.
